Angie McCormick and I will begin shooting for the next Aphelion book tonight. This is probably going to be a year long project that she and I will be working on to help keep the buzz going for Iowa's only goth/industrial dance night DJ'ed by Mike McCormick and hosted by David's Place in Iowa City.

The Album will include shots taken both at the event and studio shots of people that regularly attend.

I am offering an opportunity for models and photographers to have some fun and build up their portfolios on May 18th, 2010 at my studio in Cedar Rapids. I am limiting the event to three models and six photographers.

Models will be paid $25.00 for travel expenses and will receive a copy of their images from the shoot.

The sign up fee for photographers is $40. I will have two indoor sets sets prepped with backgrounds and lighting as well some places outside, weather permitting. All photographers need to bring is their camera. However if you do have lighting you would like to bring you are encouraged to do so.

So far we have three models: Angie McCormick, Joy Fisher and Terra Fisher. However, we only have two photographers signed up at this time.

I am going to be in Athens the second week of October and most likely making a few side trips to Atlanta.
